Diet “rock bottom” - it’s usually the last stop before turning around the relationship with food and body. But, how do you know if you’re there? In today’s episode, I go over some things you may be experiencing if you’re at or near diet rock bottom. Plus, I share my personal experience with a breadstick that ended up being the hair that broke the camel’s back and showed me that I had hit diet rock bottom…it’s a good one!
