60. How to log foods without making yourself crazy

Keeping a log of your foods is a common element in diet culture or when attempting to control the size of your body, and many intuitive eaters feel relief when they can leave the food log behind them! But, what if logging foods could take on a new energy? What if it could allow you to observe correlations with your physical or emotional feelings? How do you avoid activating your diet brain and making yourself crazy? In this episode, I’m sharing some strategies to explore if you make the choice to log your foods while keeping your sanity in the process.
